You tell us about the trip you are imagining, who is coming, how you like to travel and what would make the experience unforgettable. There is no obligation, and no pressure, and many guests tell us this first call is their favourite part.
Next, we design. Drawing on our knowledge and relationships, we sketch a journey in detail, with the lodges, the guides, the flights and the pace. We send it to you with photographs and notes, and then we refine it together, as many times as it takes. When it feels right, we confirm the details and take a deposit, and you can relax knowing that the hard work is in capable hands.
Before you leave, we provide a thorough pre departure guide covering everything from visas and vaccinations to packing and tipping, and we remain available for any question. While you are travelling, our team in Africa is on call, and your guides and hosts have been briefed on your interests and celebrations. When you return, we would love to hear your stories, because they help us shape the journeys of the travellers who follow you.
